Report a possible error
Use the contact form and include the affected URL, the statement you believe is wrong, the proposed correction, and a source that can be checked. Choose a subject beginning with Correction: so the message can be triaged quickly.
How reports are reviewed
We compare the report with the page's sources and current primary information. A company or subject of coverage may provide evidence, but it does not receive a right to rewrite criticism or approve the final page.
Types of changes
Minor spelling, formatting, or link repairs may be corrected without a note. A change that alters a conclusion, price, safety statement, attribution, recommendation, or other material fact should update the visible modification date and include an explanatory note when readers could otherwise be misled.
What is not a correction
A disagreement with an editorial judgment is not automatically a factual error. We will still review whether the judgment uses the stated criteria fairly and whether important evidence is missing.
