Start with sample pages, templates, or systems rather than trying to document every URL before you understand the pattern. Keep findings actionable
Separate severity from effort and status. A problem can be important but still depend on another team or release. Add an owner and check note when those fields are known, then recheck sample examples after work. The workbook is most useful when it connects evidence to a manageable queue of fixes.
